Monode Bench Fixtures and Parts
Used for marking cylindrical parts by rolling part over the stencil located for the bench marker. It can also be utilized for
positioning or repeating the legend in the same location. Can be adapted to any power supply unit.

Monode will die-impress stencils with your trade-mark or other repetitive data on roll or flat stencils,
spaced at convenient increments, to enable you to add (with typewriter or Monode Stencil Cutting Typewriter)
extra information, such as part number, heat treat code, sizes, etc., as needed.

Monode Photo Sensitive Stencils
All Photo Sensitive Stencils are processed in our plant. The tough lacquer base of these stencils does not permit changes
or additions in layout or legend after they are processed. They cannot be typed or die-impressed, this can be done only
with Monode Die-Impression Stencils. Photo Stencils are available in three types.

Monode Hand Ground & Finger Ground
(Hand Ground or Knife Edge) Used with small and large Bench Fixtures. Finger Ground is used for speedy handling of parts when marking on Bench Fixture.

Monode Inspection Markers And Caps
Series M Marker
The rugged construction and Positive Contact, inherent in the Monode Marking Heads, enable the user to produce a great number of marks
with conventional marking equipment. Monode non-metallic (and therefore non-corrosive) marking heads do not require hospital cleanliness
for their successful use. Complete Monode Marker consists of Duralife Stencil to specified design, mounted on Monode Marking Head, with
reservoir tube. Reservoir Tubes are available separately.

Monode APC Neutralizer
An all-purpose Neutralizer for use with all electrolytes.
Monode RV-50 Immersion Type Neutralizer Concentrate
For Working Solution dilute - 1 part Neutralizer to 15 parts water. For use with all electrolytes.
Monode No. 90C Immersion Type Neutralizer Concentrate
For Working Solution dilute - 1 part Neutralizer to 15 parts water. Makes a clear solution for use with C-10 and MSC Electrolytes.
Monode No. 15-A Neutralizer and Inhibitor
For use with all electrolytes except C-10 and MSC Series.
Monode No. 6 Rust Protective Oil
For in-plant protection of parts after marking and cleaning.
Monode M-44 Neutralizing Tissues
For cleaning parts by rubbing unused space across area of mark. Dispose when tissue is used. Packages of 200 4" x 4".

Stencil Cleaner Trays
MONODE STENCIL CLEANING TRAYS are connected to the Yellow Jack on Monode Power Units. They serve as reservoirs for the electrolyte. The reversed polarity current electrolytically cleans the stencil on Hand Pad or Inspection Marker.
