Vestige Laser Marking Systems

The technical core of the Monode laser program is built around a system utilizing a pulsed Ytterbium Fiber Laser. The fiber system has a wave length of 1060nm with nearly identical marking characteristics to ND Yag. The compact marking head with servo galvos is linked to the laser with a fiber optic delivery system. The fused optical system and a shop hardened mechanical design results in a marking system able to operate in an production environment of shock and vibration within the ambient work conditions of 92% relative humidity and temperatures up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Application Engineered Solutions:

Start with a robust industrial laser unit and design each system to your day to day requirements. A laser used to process nameplates is not packaged the same as a laser for marking 80 ton crane booms nor is it the same as one for large rotating rings used in jet engines. The Monode solution approach can provide a Nd:Yag or CO2 or fiber lasers to fit your application and budget.
