Monode Cliche Plates, Steel & Photopolymer

Steel cliches: Our steel cliches are made from the finest tool steel available. Hardened to 65-67C Rockwell, then gound and lapped for smoothness, to yield up to a million impressions. All sizes to fit any pad printing equipment are available. Virtually anything that can be photograhed can be etched into our plates, including extremely fine lines, half tones, and multiple color images. One or two sided etching available with 3 to 5 day delivery standard.

Monode Doctor Blades and Brushes

Our high quality beveled doctor blades are sold by the in two ways, flexible (.010), and stiff (.020). Our Monode brushes are made for our pad printers and are also sold by the inch.
