Monode Marking Product Service Plans

Monode service plans are on-site preventive maintenance programs designed to have experts in marking and machine vision inspect, clean, adjust or align (in some cases calibrate) your equipment in order to have confidence that you are prepared to meet production schedules, marking specifications and marking quality standards both local and international.   The base program is strictly preventive maintenance based no repair parts and/or parts shipping or machine repair in our shop is included in the quoted price. Review the number of machines in your facility and select a level of service that meets your needs and budget. Major repairs are always done in the Monode Mentor plant and parts, labour and shipping are excluded from the PM program.

  • Reduce down time due to maintenance or repair issues
  • Reduce scrap due to machine malfunction or miss-alignment
  • Increase machine expected lifetime functionality
  • Install Factor upgrades or technology improvements.
  • Identify and Recommend Quality or Productivity Improvements

  • SIC Pin Markers
  • Monode / Pryor Machine Vision Readers or Verification Stations
  • Cognex Verification Stations
  • Siemens Verification Stations
  • Monode or MPT TRIAD Software
 

1-         STD PM Program  Standard Preventive Maintenance Program                          

             Includes: 

·         Quality Check List - Machine Hardware Review by Item Check List

·         Record and Review Operator or Supervisor Input on Problems

·         Clean and Lubricate – Machines with slides or moving parts

·         Calibrate and Confirm – Machine Vision and Laser Machines

·         Inspect and Tighten – Pin Markers and Printing Equipment

·         Review Software Versions and Features for Manufactures Updates

·         Includes Operator or Supervisor Setup Training

·         Includes two (2) hours of IT or Technical Telephone Support per Site

·         Report and Confirm - By machine serial number report services and

any repair recommendations not covered in the PM program

            Excludes:   Parts and Part Shipping for Repair Services (quote per machine serial number)

                              Travel Expenses and Out of Pocket for Site Visit (Billed Separately)

                       
                       

1-         AU PM Program  Gold Preventive Maintenance Program                                              

            Includes all Features of STD PM Program plus:

·         Four Day On Site PM Program (any eight hours per day)*

·         Travel and Travel Expenses Included

            * Excludes:   Parts and Part Shipping for Repair Services (quote per machine serial number)

                       
 

1-         PT PM Program   Platinum Preventive Maintenance Program                                        

            Includes all Features of STD PM Program Plus

·         Four Trips (usually quarterly) for Four Days (any eight hours per day)

·         Travel and Travel Expenses Included

            * Excludes:   Parts and Part Shipping for Repair Services (quote per machine serial number)

                                Note:   Extended or Shortened Stays Countered to 16 total days per year.
