2008 TRIAD UPDATES

A global system for parts marking and information tracking requires a flexible software core. Each customer needs to “mold” the solution to their manufacturing and database system. Monode updated TRIAD II to meet this requirement. Small enterprise systems as well as the largest multi-plant plant firms find a level of TRIAD firmware that works at a price that produces a return on their investment.

A UID SOLUTION

The software team at Monode has spend 18 months on software updates and testing to provide a flexible solution. The work included testing in the dot MIL community with DISCAP certification. The TRIAD solution provides a robust solution for UID compliance as a DEFARS contract supplier or an ALC rework or reset repair depot. Triad addresses the primary issues for UID compliance: training issues, parts or label marking, verification and verification reports, database conductivity and UID registration. If the customer uses DPM equipment such as lasers, pin markers, thermo label printers, or non intrusive marking carts the traceability solution is the first step to global asset visibility.
