Upgrade Key Registration

 

 

The following document details the procedure to upgrade and/or change your current Monode software registration key on our website. Note that in order to use your upgraded Monode software, you must first successfully complete the registration process. To begin, follow these steps:
 
(1) Insert your Monode software disc into your CD-ROM drive.
 
(2) If the installation does not begin automatically, browse to the CD-ROM drive using the Windows explorer and run the file ‘setup.bat’ from the CD.
 
(3) When the initial Setup screen appears, choose the ‘Advanced Options’ button and enter the password: ‘choices’ when prompted.
 
(4) On the next screen, select the option: ‘Monode Software Registration Key Upgrade’ and click the ‘Select’ button.
 
(5) To obtain your new activation key, use your web browser to open http://www.monode.com/register. Here, you will be prompted to enter your company’s username and password. If you do not have this information, refer to the documentation shipped with your product or contact Monode customer support.
 
(6) Once logged into the Monode website, you will be presented with all of the software keys currently available for your company. Locate the appropriate key for the computer you are installing on and click the ‘Edit’ link on the right side of the page.
 
(7) On the next screen, click the ‘Add Registration’ link.
 
(8) You may now highlight the 60 digit activation key using the mouse and copy (ctrl-c) this key to the Windows clipboard.
