A Machine Built Around Your Part
Our highest-value work starts with a problem no off-the-shelf machine solves.
Design to Order is Monode's custom-engineering practice: we design, build, and integrate a complete marking system around your part, your process, and your standard, with Traceable-IT software at the core.
We provide your organization with a disciplined engineering process, not a simple kit.
A typical build moves through engineering design review, machine design review, the build itself, and then site and factory acceptance testing,. A simple cart build usually runs six to eight weeks, a mid-size Design to Order system ten to twelve weeks, and larger systems twelve weeks or more. Roughly 60,000 square feet of in-house capacity, CNC machining, fabrication and welding, and in-house software development let us own the whole system end to end.
