▪ The Marking Spectrum
Six marking methods
One engineering team.
Every part has a right method — governed by substrate, depth, throughput and the standard it must satisfy. We engineer all six in-house, so the recommendation is never biased toward stock.
Scribe Marking
Near-silent diamond scribe for deep, continuous lines on hardened or thin-wall stock.
Good for: Curved & irregular surfaces · Continuous line marks · Large fabricated parts · Lower-volume industrial marking
Laser Marking
Fiber, CO₂ and green sources for high-contrast, high-speed, non-contact permanence.
Good for: Tight tolerances · Thin or sensitive materials · Non-contact applications · Coated or treated surfaces
Steel Stamp
Press and roll stamping for the deepest, most tamper-evident marks in heavy industry.
Good for: Deep, tamper-resistant impressions · Repetitive high-volume marking · Forgings & thick-stock metal · Heavy industry & energy
Electrochemical Etching
Low-stress surface marking for medical and bladed components where integrity is everything.
Good for: Implantable medical devices · Inconel, Hastelloy & aerospace alloys · Spec-mandated etch applications · Sterilization & heat treat environments
Machine Vision & Verification
Read, grade and verify every mark to ISO/AIM standards — the proof the mark is good.
Good for: In-line mark verification · Serial number audit trails · Duplicate detection · ISO / AS 9100 / FDA compliance
