Scribe Marking Machines
Continues lines, not a dot matrix.
Scribe marking generates a constant, continuous line using a carbide- or diamond-tipped stylus, driven by a pneumatic or electric source, at light, medium, or heavy pressure depending on the application. The result is a higher-cosmetic-value mark compared to systems with a dot matrix.
Coating after marking.
Scribe allows users to mark the part first, then paint, powder-coat, or otherwise treat the surface. This approach results in a mark that still reads once the coating is applied, making it ideal compared to methods like dot peen in most painted or coated production contexts.
Quiet operation.
Both column-mounted and mobile scribe marking machines offer extreme low-noise operation. This benefit provides a real, felt difference on a shop floor where dot peen's percussive marking is a known irritant.
Extensive material compatibility.
Scribe marking can work with material ranging from plastics through hardened steel, with carbide-tipped and diamond-tipped stylus options and configurable pressure to match the substrate.
