Vestige™ Deep Marking Laser

The Deep Marking Laser is Monode’s turnkey station for shops that need to mark larger or heavier parts without slowing down the operator. A powered Z-axis and a slide-out breadboard-style table fixture make loading and unloading fast, while core wattages from 10 to 100 watts let the system scale to the depth and material the job requires. Dual Carbon/HEPA filtration keeps the work area clean, and a custom software script handles dynamic Z-axis travel and radial marking adjustment automatically.

Factory Laser Workstations

Both are turnkey mobile stations built around a clamshell-style safe-viewing enclosure. The Two Stage Indexing Device is built around a fixed 6 inch rotary marking field on a 30 by 30 by 36 inch frame; the Clamshell Solutions line is sized to the customer's specific footprint and working area (50mm to 230mm).
