What's the difference between an impact press and a roll marker?

An impact press strikes a stamp straight down into the part. A roll marker rolls a stamp or die across the surface, which works better for round, contoured, or transfer-line parts where a straight strike is not practical.

Do I need to buy new roll marking tooling, or can I use what I already have?

Either option works. Our roll marking equipment accepts your existing tooling as-is, or we can equip it with our own Imperial line of standard fixtures if you'd rather standardize.

Can your roll marking equipment integrate with my existing production line?

Yes. We build custom fixturing, including integration with feeders, vibratory bowls, conveyors, and indexers.
