Monopads and Deep Etch Monopads
The electrolyte medium your marker needs.
Fabricated cloth pads that hold and supply the working electrolyte for the etch process — wrapped around the marker or inserted into a stencil cap. Choose standard Monopads for general marking, or Deep Etch Monopads when marking depth and stencil life both matter.
Type Selector:
- Monopads (M) — standard fabricated cloth pad, holds and supplies electrolyte for the etch process; designated with “M” before the part number
- Deep Etch Monopads (DE) — fibrous material that pushes through the stencil fibers under slight pressure, letting current flow freely for rapid metal removal; must stay saturated with electrolyte; the pad plus excess electrolyte also keeps the stencil cool and extends its life; designated with “DE” before the part number
Ordering Note: Sized to match the marker (e.g., a ½” x 1½” Monopad is M50150), using the same size codes as the Hand Markers line above.
