Monode
Built for the Way Operators Actually Work
Handheld pin marker pages get a lot of shop floor traffic. Operators pull up a spec on a phone standing next to the part, not sitting at a workstation. Monode's mobile app was built for that reality.
The Android and iOS app carries the full marking workflow: create and edit layouts offline, scan a barcode or Data Matrix directly from the phone camera to pull a serial or a part number into the mark, choose from twelve languages, and push the layout to the handheld over wireless. When the shop is offline or the plant network is locked down, the app still works.
We were first to market with a handheld running on an Android and iOS platform. That was not a novelty. It was a bet that operators would rather use the device they already carry than a proprietary tethered controller, and it has held up.
