Yes, in most cases. The modular verifier is an off-line, standalone station, so it can be added to your process without changing your existing marking equipment. Operators use it to check every part, or a sample of parts, right after they're made. True in-line verification, with a camera built directly into the marking head, is available only on certain bench-style machines with the larger travel window (300 x 150 mm) needed to position the camera correctly.
