Weighing approximately five pounds, these lightweight pin markers ensure operator fatigue is minimized while maximizing productivity. The patented marking head is protected in a tough polymer case, allowing the marker to be used in most industrial environments. Features include:

  • Marking area: 50 x 25 mm character.
  • Sizes: 0.15 – 24.9 mm in increments of 0.15 mm.
  • Marking formed: 5 x 7, 7 x 9, Varidot, 2D Data Matrix.
  • Memory capacity: LCD – 1350 layouts.
  • Advanced operating software with standard features including serial numbering, passwords, arc marking, and time/date marking.

With two fixed motors, these pin markers offer higher acceleration, speed and accuracy. Their flat X/Y movement with no pivoting axis provides consistent depth throughout the dot peen marking area. Features include:

  • Large marking area: 130 x 30 mm.
  • Re-circulating ball linear guideways to provide the highest marking accuracy.
  • Inbuilt illumination system automatically actuated with motion sensor.
  • Advanced operating software with standard features including serial numbering, passwords, arc marking, and time/date marking.
Options include:
  • High-power electromagnetic (E version) solenoid allows deep pin marking with excellent consistency.
  • Fast Pneumatic (FP) or High amplitude deep pneumatic (DP) versions to fit specialized marking needs.
  • PC option using Traceable-IT graphical software.
  • Portable carts with battery power supply for yard work marking.
  • Battery-operated controller with no external power supply.

Very Robust / Large Window / Deep Pin Dot Peen Marker

These powerful portable dot marking machines are capable of indenting components with deep marks of up to 1 mm in mild steel or 1.5 mm in aluminum. Their robust mechanism and steel housing are especially well-suited to industrial dot peen applications. Features include:

  • Pneumatic (DPH) or electromagnetic (EH) dot marking versions. Capable of marking all engineering materials up to 62HRc (800Hv).
  • Marking area: 100 x 75 mm.
Options include:
  • V faceplate for marking round components
  • Spring balance and bracket for ease of use.
  • 6 meter umbilical cable.
  • PC option using Traceable-IT graphical software.
  • TCP/IP (10BaseT) Ethernet module for 3000 controller.
